Where to meet us

Your pick-up point

On arrival, collect your luggage and make your way to the meeting point for your terminal. Please don't wait inside the terminal.

T2 · T3

New location: our domestic pick-up has moved to the Super Shuttle Pick-up Area beside the P3 car park, via the P1/P3 pedestrian walkway.

From Terminal 2 — Jetstar, Virgin & Rex

  1. Pick-up is on the Arrivals Level.
  2. Exit and cross the road, heading straight ahead.
  3. Follow the signs to P3, turning right.
  4. Meet at the Super Shuttle Pick-up, beside the P3 car park.

From Terminal 3 — Qantas & QantasLink

  1. Pick-up is on the Arrivals Level.
  2. Exit and cross the road, heading straight ahead.
  3. Follow the signs to P3, turning left.
  4. Meet at the Super Shuttle Pick-up, beside the P3 car park.

How to find us

  1. Collect your luggage and exit the Arrivals terminal.
  2. Head towards the Northern end of the terminal (towards the train station).
  3. Make your way to the coach / mini-bus waiting area.
  4. Meet at Bay 12, opposite the Rydges Hotel.

No need to call

A Sydney Super Shuttle marshal will be waiting at the pick-up point to greet you and help you board. Simply make your way to the meeting point and look for our team.
